Access control Access to the building and strategic points only available with magnetic cards. Acces to parkings with automatic plates reading and magnatic cards.
Bicycle spaces  125 bicycle spaces.
Blinds External blind slats, with EIB (European Installation Bus) system to manage the opening and closing.
Certification Breeam and Minergie.
Ceilings 60x60 micro perforated metal tiles, lacquered in white, textile film for sound reduction.
Delivery access The delivery access for heavy lift is in a coverd area situated to the north of Skylab (next to Bluebox building). Hoists are available, high load pallets (2000 kg) and high ceiling (2.10m).
Electricity Distribution goes through boxes in the raised floor, 1 per 15 m2, each offering four 220V outlets and a reserve rack (cables not supplied) to add another two 220V and an RJ45. Maintenance outlets are installed every 30 m2.
Elevators Five elements with a capacity of 1000kg/13 pers.  Two elements with 2000kg/26 pers. capacity, that can be used as hoists.
Entrance halls Three entrance halls are situated south, north and west of Skylab.
Fiber optic Swisscom and SIG installations are available.
Floor tiles height GF: 4.76m, floor: 3.42m, storage and parking > UG1, UF2 and UG3: from 3.30m to 2.55m
Floor tiles/clearance GF: 4.56m, floor: 3.00m, storage and parking > UG1, UF2 and UG3: from 2.75m to 2.20m 
Floors Raised floor: jack of 75 mm. Carpet tile type Heuga 580 standard size,  color at the choice of the lessee.
Front Skylab meets the acoustic and thermal requirements with a complex and insulating concrete wall covered with precast concrete. High windows with variable length, aluminium frames and triple glass windows.
Heating, cooling & ventilation Heating is produced via CAD (distance heating). Cooling is possible only upon authorization requested by lessee.  Average temperature in winter is +/- 21 degrees. The cold and warm  distribution is done via a water network (4 tubes). Fresh air is supplied via a duct system and is blown by fan coil units.
Kitchen Infrastructure available at all floors, implementation at the cost of the lessee.
Lights Lights with presence detection, high frequency and brightness sensor, 1 every 15 m2.
MCR Skylab is equipped with an MCR system to manage its various functions: blinds control, temperature, evacution, ventilation, etc…
Parking 575 places distributed over 3 basements including  101 public and 8 external places all respecting VSS norms.
Private Access Doors are equipped with electric strikes (part of the lock that engages the bolt) for the installation of access controlled systems.
Process specific Spaces for the installation of generators or other business related machinary are available at the attic. Costs incumb to the lessee.
Sanitary Each level is equipped to meet the legal standards (occupation/m2): WC Women, WC man, automatic urinal wall and sinks. An additional sanitary equipment with a shower is located in the basement.
Storage 1267 m2 distributed on three under ground levels.
Surveillance Cameras at each entrance, parking and various strategic points of the building.
Walls The walls are smoothed then covered with white paint.
